WPxon provides support for both free items & paid services. To serve premium users better, the priority for premium users will be higher than free users. We believe in helping and caring for our users. Thus, you are eligible to have Lifetime support while using our products & services Email depending nature of your issues & questions.
Our themes & plugins are guaranteed to run on the latest stable version of WordPress. We reserve the right to reject support requests for problems that occur after theme files have been modified or third-party plugins have been installed.
WPxon will release updates & upgrades for themes as per necessity. We do not have any calendar set for updates and upgrades. Here updates don’t mean adding a new feature on the products but they could be too done if we feel that is really necessary.
Our themes & plugins are developed and fine-tuned for WordPress 4.0 or higher, any version prior to that may have problems with some theme functionality. The minimal requirement for our themes is the same as WordPress, which is version 5.2.4 or greater (recommended: PHP 5.4 or greater) and MySQL version 5.0 or greater (recommended: MySQL 5.5 or greater). WPxon provides website design, development & software services all over the world. We provide website and software solutions according to customer’s requirements. To keep our users always in a perfect situation you will be served six months of free support.
If you are experiencing a technical issue, before requesting a refund, let our support team help resolve the issue. We are more than happy to help you. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve your problem. However, if you are unhappy with our product & support you may claim a refund in this case. We have a separate refund policy setup to make everything transparent between users & us.
